Starting in forward guest stateroom is a center island berth with step up access to berth port and starboard and a fully mirrored headboard with recessed reading lights. Extensive wood trim, sidewalls, cabinetry and shelving …an enhancive feature throughout the entire interior of this vessel. Intra-phone handset system featured in each stateroom. Vinyl padded ceiling with recessed halogen lights, functional porthole above. Port & starboard are SS portholes, hanging lockers port & starboard with cedar lined closets. Teak and holly floor with courtesy lights. A/C thermostat control center with vents and returns. Privacy door for forward stateroom with separate access door to forward head.

  Forward head can be accessed through forward stateroom or hallway. It includes single unit enclosed shower with separate doors, elevated electric flush toilet, extensive wood for the sidewalls, trim & cabinetry, and teak and holly flooring. Corian countertop with integral sink, single tap faucet. Recessed halogen lights in mirrored ceiling. Mirrored medicine cabinet, towel racks ,exhaust fan and electrical outlets.

  Into the hallway is a closet to conceal the stacked washer/dryer. Stepping down a few steps to mid ship, a privacy door accesses the master stateroom, which features a center island queen berth, with storage area beneath. Reading lamps at mirrored headboard, with individual reading lights on either side of bed. Roomy cedar lined closets, teak & holly flooring with carpet runner for floor. The wood features are continued throughout the master stateroom. Vinyl padded ceiling with recessed halogen lighting. Several 2-way light switches, electrical outlets, A/C control thermostat, A/C vents & returns. Starboard is a cushioned vanity seat. Functional porthole with SS  frame. Note that all the portholes are encased SS frames.

  Starboard through privacy door is ensuite head with teak and holly floor, Wood trim, cabinetry and doors. Full length his/her vanity, with mirrors and recessed lighting. Functional SS porthole, electric flush toilet. Towel racks, A/C vent and recessed halogen lights in mirrored ceiling. Opposite from sink area ,all countertops are Corian with inlaid sink and single faucet. Port side is single fiberglass unit , full shower with full-sized tub and sliding glass door. Recessed halogen ceiling lights.

  Starboard side of master stateroom, is a unique lighted access-way up to the main salon. Solid wood steps with solid wood handrails and privacy doors,

 Stepping up into the main salon, is a roomy sofa on the portside with sculptured-fabric which converts to a comfortable two person sleeper. Center is table sized chest for storage, teak and holly flooring throughout. Extensive wood features are present in salon as well. Horizontal mini blinds for all windows, with coordinating valances. Vinyl padded recessed tray ceiling with halogen lights. Entertainment center with icemaker, ample storage cabinets, compact stereo system. All windows are tinted with mini-blinds. P&S are fully functional sliding windows with incorporated bug screens.

 Out of the main salon step up into the galley to port. Nice Corian countertops and ample storage drawers and cabinets above and below the galley area. All cabinetry is solid wood,  Princess 3 burner electric stove with oven, SS body with burner and integral cutting board. Overhead of stove is GE Profile convection microwave oven, further port is top-bottomKenmorerefrigerator/freezer. Two basin SS sink with single faucet and shower sprayer. Recessed lighting in the galley ceiling, teak and holly floor with carpet runners.

 Move forward from galley into the starboard side is dinette area with C-shaped wraparound seating, which can accommodate 6-7 people. Convenient storage beneath seating area, solid wood adjustable height table, with ample storage cabinet below the flooring.

 Pilot house is located to the port of the dinette area, with a leather captain’s chair ,full navigational instrumentation, separate controls for the transmissions and throttles, auto pilot, radar chart plotter, VHF, intra-com phone handset, solid wood steering wheel, systems monitor and tank monitors. Below the solid wood dashboard is electrical circuit breaker panel board. To port is the one and only entrance door from the portside of vessel. All windshield windows are in good condition, mini blinds on starboard side windows by dinette area.

  To far left corner of pilot house you have access steps down to both staterooms.

Just aft of the dinette to starboard are wooden steps up to the flybridge upper deck. Enter the flybridge area through a solid deck door, all flooring is non-skid surface. Bimini top with SS frames, full helm area with full instrumentation and electronics. Auto pilot, chart plotter,GPS, VHF, trim tabs, bow thruster, full engine gauges. Single SS control wheel and intra-com phone handset as well. Captain and mate’s seats, plus wrap around bench seating with vinyl cushions. New canvas covers.

Radar arch with spreader lights, to starboard side is wet bar with cook system, icemaker, sink, and JennAir gas grill. Storage area below wet bar area.

  Access panel with ladder leading down to the aft cockpit area, bunk for dinghy, quick lift electric davit.

 Sliding glass doors to aft side of salon is the aft cockpit area with spacious seating for entertaining,sink to portside, built in bait-well with sight glass in transom. Full height transom door. Teak coverboards surround the top of the cockpit area. Swim platform is encased in teak as well. Swim ladder incorporated into platform, raw water wash down, hot and cold shower as well to portside of swim platform area.

 Port or starboard side walkway accesses forward deck, hip-height SS wrap around railing with incorporated lifelines and non-skid surface. Forward deck has mounting brackets for bow cushions, 2 anchor lockers forward, port & starboard of the windlass. Remote control windlass. Fresh and raw water washdowns.  Non-skid surface on forward deck.

Windscreen has white Sunbrella cover for forward and side windows for pilothouse.
